INGREDIENTS:
- Large wedge of cabbage
- Carrots
- White onion
- Grapeseed oil or Ghee
- Maldon sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Drizzle cabbage, carrots and onions with grapeseed oil or ghee
- Sprinkle with Maldon sea salt
- Bake at 400F for 40 minutes, or until largest pieces fork tender
